I’ve been a coach for 6 years now, based in Manchester with clients around the world, and throughout my time coaching I’ve been able to help 100’s of people to get to live a life they love.

Yep, you read that right! It’s not just about your physique here, through my experience as a coach, I’ve worked to create a programme like no other.

Introducing…The Break to Build Programme! 🔥


Whilst a lot of training programmes focus solely on the physical element, that's not all that we're about here!

In fact, mindset is a major part of the programme because at some point, no matter how far you want to take your physique it’ll be your mindset that trips you up. More specifically the beliefs that you have about yourself.

That’s where the programme comes in to help you out with that - taking a more holistic approach rather than bottling everything up until you feel overwhelmed and burnt out.

  • No more "maybe this fitness thing just isn't for me"

Being part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I know there are specific struggles you may face that can influence both your mental and physical health. I have built this programme to change that around for people!

I have clients spanning the globe, in Canada, Iceland, Ireland and of course the UK!

Whilst the online element allows for this perfectly, it’s not without any in person events, me and the Break to Build team regularly meet up in person to do something fun as a team, in the past there have been events like Axe Throwing and the latest team event - a trip to Ninja Warrior! 🥷🏼

And even throw in a monthly team quiz or Bingo night!
