Circuits sessions run multiple times per week with differing formats covering all elements of fitness. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your cardio vascular fitness or just feel like a bad ass then these classes have you covered

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT
Circuits sessions run both online and in person. Each of the six weekly sessions has a different focus some sessions require weights whilst others are all about using just your bodyweight. Check out the class schedule below for details of each class. All sessions are suitable for all levels of ability and are fully coached so regardless of your level of experience you’ll be sure to get the best from each and every session.
