What is chaga mushroom?

Chaga mushroom, often referred to as the King of Medicinal Mushrooms, is taken for its many benefits to our physical health and immune system. It’s purported that chaga can boost immunity defence, lessen chronic inflammation, lower blood sugar levels, reduce cholesterol, and possibly attack cancerous cells.

Chaga has been used for centuries in traditional medicine across Eastern Europe, Russia, as far as Siberia.
